Job Title: Data Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced data scientist to play a critical role in building the next generation machine learning applications and services for global sourcing and procurement operations.

The ideal candidate will be part of a team with a goal to innovate and build data driven solutions to support sourcing and procurement operations. We have a strong technology orientation and are one of the fastest growing teams across the industry.

As a data scientist, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in driving the development of key features for our customers. You will take on challenging problems and deliver solutions that either leverage existing academic and industrial research or utilize your own out-of-the-box pragmatic thinking.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Analyse and extract relevant information from large amounts of data to help automate and optimize key processes.
  • • Research, develop and implement novel machine learning, LLM and statistical approaches for improving the user experience in the procurement domain.
  • • Use machine learning and analytical techniques to create scalable solutions for business problems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of building models for business application experience
  • Experience programming in Python
  • Experience in any of the following areas: algorithms and data structures, parsing, numerical optimization, data mining, parallel and distributed computing, high-performance computing
