Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Office (PMO) professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in operational and financial PMO activities, including successfully managing large-scale enterprise applications and solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial activities for large-scale enterprise applications and solutions
  • Set up PMO governance, structure, and frameworks
  • Understand the monthly cycle for budgeting, track forecasts, and close billing to ensure all forecasts match actuals
  • Strong experience in resource management, including onboarding and offboarding of resources
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Certification in project management (PMP/PRINCE2) or agile methodologies (CSM/CSPO)

Requirements

Minimum 8 years of experience in PMO, with MBA preferred

Education Qualification

B.E/B.Tech + MBA

Skills Required

PRINCE2, Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), Scrum, Technical Program Management
