  • Configuration and Implementation: Configure and implement multiple SuccessFactors modules for large organizations, aligning with business requirements and best practices.
  • Collaboration and Workshop Design: Collaborate with clients to understand Time Off requirements, conduct workshops, and design tailored solutions.
  • Customization and Configuration: Configure and customize SuccessFactors modules based on business requirements and industry best practices.
  • Time Type and Accrual Rule Configuration: Work on configuration of time types, time profiles, holiday calendars, work schedules, accrual rules, and interim rules.
  • Time Management Module Expertise: Understand objects used within Time Management modules, including Time Valuation Rules, Time Collectors, Overtime Calculations, and Thresholds.
  • Comprehensive Testing: Develop comprehensive test plans and execute testing to validate module configurations.
  • Best Practice Guidance: Provide expertise and guidance on SuccessFactors modules' best practices, processes, and regulations.
  • Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for end-users and support teams to facilitate adoption and operation of SuccessFactors solutions.
  • Integration and Data Exchange: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data exchange between SuccessFactors and other systems.
  • Ongoing Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SuccessFactors module configurations.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Document configuration changes, test results, and support procedures for knowledge sharing and future reference.
