Data Engineering Role

About the Position:

We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to design, develop and optimize scalable data models on Snowflake Cloud Data Warehouse.

Your Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop robust and scalable data models on Snowflake Cloud Data Warehouse.

- Develop and implement complex SQL queries and scripts for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).

- Implement and maintain data pipelines and integrations using JavaScript and SQL within Snowflake.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data analysts, BI developers and product teams to ensure data quality, integrity and security.

- Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting of data issues in Snowflake.

Requirements:

- 8-12 years of experience in Data Engineering or Data Warehousing.

- Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake including performance tuning, data sharing, and advanced features.

- Expertise in Data Modeling including dimensional modeling.

- Advanced proficiency in SQL including complex queries, optimization, and indexing.

- Working knowledge of JavaScript for scripting within Snowflake.
