Job Overview

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated frontend engineers to join our software development team.

  • Lead the architecture, design, and development of the platform's UI and frontend services.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to understand business requirements.
  • Build robust, well-abstracted, and scalable modules.
  • Ensure platform scalability, security, stability, and performance.
  • Oversee code/design reviews for a fault-tolerant and error-free codebase.
  • Implement efficient and reusable components.
  • Follow scrum methodology for rapid iteration and deployment in a CI/CD environment.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers and colleagues.
  • Contribute to documentation, process improvement, and procedures.
  • Improve organizational productivity by investing in tools, frameworks, and internal products.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4+ years of software development experience with an emphasis on frontend development.
  • Ability to conceptualize, build, test, and deploy complex web application features.
  • Strong experience in React, including functional components, concurrency, error boundaries, state management techniques, etc.
  • In-depth understanding of web technologies - REST, JavaScript, scalable CSS, HTML5, JSON, and beyond.
  • Thorough understanding of asynchronous JavaScript.
  • Good understanding of Git as a version control system.
  • Understanding of consuming and interacting with REST APIs.
  • Experience with medium to large-scale web applications built with modern technology stacks.
  • Strong knowledge of user interface design principles.
  • Good aesthetic and design sense, and experience turning mock-ups/wireframes/design templates into visually elegant web applications.
  • Extraordinary attention to detail and a huge proponent of great UX.
  • Ability to take ownership of a complex feature or project and independently execute it in an end-to-end manner.
  • BE/MS required; Computer Science/Information Science & Technology preferred.
  • You LOVE to code.
