Senior Product Associate

As a senior associate, you will contribute to the development and optimization of products in the consumer banking sector. Leveraging expertise in product creation and enhancement, you will play a key role in driving innovation and improving existing offerings.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a catalyst for change by focusing on continuous improvement and driving measures of success.
- Be accountable for feature performance, requiring knowledge on how to pivot to meet business objectives.
- See the big picture while having a deep understanding of the owned feature, which is key to successfully prioritizing stories and implementing features effectively.
- Contribute to the strategic development, ongoing refinement, and execution of the product roadmap.
- Partner with senior product owners to progress the product roadmap and drive product vision.
- 5+ years of experience in product management and program execution, including defining user experience needs, writing epics, stories, and acceptance criteria, creating product value propositions, developing features and benefits, and developing roadmaps.
- Experience working within non-linear design and development processes.
- Experience in designing and developing product/service offerings across multiple channels and form factors.
- Passion for online and mobile technology, and knowledge of industry trends and influential companies.
