Key Role Summary:

This position is responsible for the comprehensive management and implementation of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) modules within ServiceNow. As a GRC specialist, you will be instrumental in streamlining, automating, and fully integrating governance and risk management processes across the organization.

GRC Implementation & Configuration:

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow GRC modules, focusing on Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management.

• Customize complex GRC workflows and reporting dashboards to meet organizational compliance standards and regulatory requirements.

• Implement risk assessment frameworks, define risk response plans, and develop workflows to track risk mitigation effectively.

• Design and configure audit management and policy management processes to ensure seamless integration with ServiceNow.

Risk & Compliance Process Management:

• Automate and integrate risk management processes, including risk identification, assessment, evaluation, and mitigation within ServiceNow.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive risk registers, classifying and categorizing risks accordingly.

• Monitor compliance activities to ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.

• Facilitate risk and compliance audits, identifying gaps, and proposing strategic mitigations.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

• Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as risk management, compliance, and IT security, to align business requirements with technical GRC solutions.

• Provide subject matter expertise in ServiceNow GRC best practices, guiding stakeholders through platform configuration and usage.

• Deliver training and workshops for end-users and administrators on ServiceNow GRC features, processes, and tools.

Continuous Improvement & Reporting:

• Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of GRC solutions within ServiceNow.

• Design and generate custom reports and dashboards for risk, audit, and compliance management.

• Collaborate with leadership to prepare regular updates and provide insights on risk management and compliance performance.

Support & Maintenance:

• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow GRC-related issues.

• Manage system updates, patches, and improvements to ensure the platform operates smoothly and efficiently.

• Ensure that all configurations comply with the latest industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, Risk Management, or related field.

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC modules, specifically Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, and Audit Management.

• ServiceNow GRC certifications are highly preferred.

• Proven experience in risk management, governance, and compliance processes, ideally in a ServiceNow environment.

• Expertise in automating workflows and configuring complex GRC solutions, proficient in creating reports, dashboards, and custom applications within ServiceNow.
