Cloud Engineering Role

In this role, you will design and implement cloud infrastructure across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement cloud infrastructure across Azure, AWS, and GCP environments
  • Architect, deploy, and optimize solutions including compute, storage, networking, and security services
  • Lead migration and modernization initiatives with an emphasis on cloud technologies
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using DevOps practices
  • Implement and manage containerized workloads using Kubernetes
  • Establish and enforce cloud security standards and best practices
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
  • Optimize resource usage and implement cost management strategies
  • Troubleshoot complex issues in cloud environments

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in cloud engineering/architecture roles
  • Strong hands-on experience with Azure, plus working knowledge of AWS and GCP platforms
  • Proficiency with Kubernetes orchestration, particularly AKS, with knowledge of EKS
  • Experience with Karpenter, ArgoCD, and Istio in container environments
  • Demonstrated expertise in cloud security principles and implementations
  • Advanced knowledge of cloud networking concepts and solutions
  • Proficiency with GitHub and CI/CD workflows
  • Experience with infrastructure as code tools (particularly Terraform)
  • Self-driven work ethic with ability to manage complex projects independently
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Azure certifications
  • Experience with Azure governance and compliance frameworks
  • Knowledge of hybrid cloud architectures
  • Background in supporting enterprise-scale applications
  • Experience with Azure monitoring and observability tools
