Design Associate Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating product visualizations and prototypes, incorporating market trends into design concepts, producing original artwork, refining existing designs, and supporting the Merchandise and Marketing team. They will contribute to the overall design process through innovative thinking and problem-solving.

  • Create product visualizations and prototypes for presentation and review.
  • Incorporate market trends into design concepts for a fresh and appealing merchandise collection.
  • Produce original artwork for merchandise, marketing materials, and social media.
  • Refine and enhance existing designs as needed.
  • Support the Merchandise and Marketing team with artwork, presentations, and branding requirements.
  • Contribute to the overall design process through innovative thinking and problem-solving.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in graphic and merchandise design.
  • Continuously seek to improve design skills and stay updated on the latest design practices and tools.
  • Ensure all designs are stored and labeled appropriately for easy retrieval.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualification – Degree in Fashion Design or related field.
  • Experience – 3 to 6 years of experience in the design field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design work.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
