Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Chief Salesforce Architect to join our team. As a key member of our salesforce development team, you will play a vital role in continually improving and enhancing the Salesforce platform for our organization.

About the Role

The Chief Salesforce Architect will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of custom Salesforce solutions. This includes managing and maintaining SFDC orgs, collaborating with business stakeholders, preparing RFCs, converting business requirements into technical designs, developing solutions, leading and mentoring teams, and ensuring the quality of code through code reviews, automated testing, and adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Development Leadership: Lead the design, development, and deployment of custom Salesforce solutions, including Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning aura components, lightning web components, and integrations.
  • Technical Strategy: Develop and maintain the technical strategy for Salesforce development, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • System Integration: Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
  • Code Quality: Ensure the quality of code through code reviews, automated testing, and adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Project Management: Lead and participate in Salesforce-related projects, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, gather requirements, and translate them into technical solutions within Salesforce.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Salesforce solutions, including technical specifications, architectural diagrams, and user guides.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of Salesforce applications, ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure that all Salesforce solutions comply with security standards, data privacy regulations, and company policies.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, with expertise in Salescloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in LWC, Aura Components, Apex Triggers, Classes, VF Pages, SFDC Configurations, integrating SFDC with 3rd party applications, and experience with integration solutions such as Dell Boomi, HDFS or other 3rd Party systems.
  • Certifications: Certified Salesforce Admin, PD1, Application Architect, System Architect, AI specialist.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Additional Salesforce Certifications: Platform Developer II, JavaScript Developer I, etc.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's/Postgraduate degree, professional qualification, or relevant experience.

Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
