We are looking for an accomplished Architect to lead our design teams, manage client relationships, and oversee the entire design process from concept to delivery. This individual will be responsible for driving project success, collaborating with stakeholders, and promoting a culture of excellence within our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead architectural design processes, ensuring seamless transitions from concept to delivery.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to grasp project objectives, constraints, and expectations.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources to ensure timely completion.
  • Promote synergy between internal teams, consultants, and contractors, integrating architectural designs with structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.
  • Regularly conduct project meetings, site visits, and inspections to track progress and address design or construction concerns.
  • Review and prepare construction documents, including architectural drawings, specifications, and material selections.
  • Evaluate all documentation for compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to junior architects and design team members.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • 7+ years of experience in architectural design and project management.
  • Proven expertise in managing comprehensive redevelopment projects in Mumbai.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software, including Auto CAD, Google Sketch Up, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Demonstrable design prowess and a diverse portfolio showcasing various project types and scales.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
