We're on a mission to revolutionize the creator economy and redefine how people shop. Our goal is to provide every user with a highly personalized shopping experience guided by creators, making it easier for them to find what they want in a short time while improving their online shopping experience.

Our team consists of three friends from college who shared a passion to solve real-world problems at scale and consume content for hours. We started our journey when we discovered products on social media that we wanted to buy but couldn't (in some cases, actually did). We have recently secured a significant funding round, led by prominent investors.

In just 3 years of existence, we've grown to be used by over 900k users daily to discover and shop products online. This number has grown over 3x in the last 4 months.

**Growth Opportunities**

We've grown remarkably in the last 3 years and are doing a monthly gross merchandise value of over Rs. 200cr. We work with over 50,000 content creators and 250+ brands and eCommerce marketplaces.

**Job Responsibilities:**

  • Take on high-leverage projects — whether it's building a business model, setting up a process, or cracking a distribution hack.
  • Work closely with leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable projects.
  • Own key problem statements end-to-end, from framing to execution and iteration.
  • Build business cases, run fast experiments (market research, MVPs, proof of concepts, GTM pilots) to drive business growth.
  • Build and manage execution roadmaps, from idea to launch to early scaling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, growth, operations, etc.) to build and scale initiatives.
  • Redesign, document, and continuously improve key workflows for efficiency and scalability.

**Requirements:**

Educational background – Graduation from top tier institutions

Experience (1–2 years) – Preference for management consulting background, or heavy problem solving roles in early stage start-ups

  • Problem solving & strategic thinking: Ability to break down unstructured problems, think in first principles, and design scalable solutions that drive measurable business impact.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and resilience to setbacks.
  • Ability to balance big-picture thinking with scrappy execution.
  • Data Fluency: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Ownership & Multitasking: High sense of accountability, ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously, and bias for action in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communication skills: Can articulate ideas clearly, influence stakeholders, and synthesize insights.
