Job Title: Brand Manager

This role combines strategic thinking, creative instinct, and analytical rigour. As a Brand Manager, you will own all communication from top to mid-funnel, building awareness, consideration, and trust through effective branding and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and protect the brand's core identity and tone across every channel.
  • Lead the planning and execution of content, influencers, hero campaigns, and IPs that build awareness, consideration, and trust.
  • Work with the performance team to build effective full-funnel narratives, ensuring TOF/MOF assets are converting.
  • Build repeatable and scalable content formats, not just one-off campaigns.
  • Ensure uniformity across all consumer assets.
  • Drive top-of-funnel visibility and consistent storytelling.
  • Run quarterly brand health trackers (awareness, NPS, trust), and use the insights to influence content, performance, and category priorities.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in brand management, content-led marketing, or performance-driven creative.
  • Experience in consumer brands, wellness, beauty, or D2C is beneficial.
  • A strong analytical thinker who can break down creative performance, spot insights in data, and connect inputs to outcomes.
  • A clear communicator, structured problem-solver, proactive executor.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally across performance, content, category, and design.
  • An owner mind-set - someone who pushes things forward without waiting for instructions.
