Job Title - Plant Quality Head
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee all quality assurance and quality control processes at our manufacturing facility for LV electrical panels.
This role ensures compliance with industry standards, customer requirements, and internal quality objectives, thereby driving business success and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain a Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards for LV electrical panel manufacturing.
- Monitor and control quality processes across all stages of production, from raw material inspection to final product testing, ensuring the highest levels of quality and reliability.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of quality engineers, inspectors, and technicians to achieve quality objectives, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and customer-specific requirements for LV electrical panels, delivering products that meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Drive initiatives for process optimization, defect reduction, and quality improvement using tools like Six Sigma, Lean, and root cause analysis, resulting in increased efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in technical knowledge and principles.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in quality management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the LV electrical panel or similar electrical manufacturing industry, showcasing expertise and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of LV electrical panel design, manufacturing processes, and testing standards, enabling effective decision-making and problem-solving.
