Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Professional to manage factory accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and statutory regulations by maintaining accurate records and preparing necessary reports.
- Prepare purchase records, e-way bills, and conduct invoice reconciliations to ensure seamless financial operations.
- Assist in internal and statutory audits focused on factory financials, providing detailed insights and recommendations for process improvements.
- Reconcile vendor ledgers, prepare payment summaries, and support cost control measures to optimize resource allocation.
- Contribute to monthly and quarterly MIS reporting, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with factory managers for inventory verification and cost monitoring, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including GST and TDS regulations.
- Prior experience in a CA firm or manufacturing factory accounting role, with a proven track record of success.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and documentation software, with the ability to adapt to new systems quickly.
- Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
