We are seeking a seasoned data professional with 10+ years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building robust data pipelines.

This is a remote opportunity to work on challenging projects for industries like Energy, Oil & Gas, Healthcare, and Finance. As a GCP Data Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our data solutions.

Job Responsibilities
  • Designing, Developing, and Maintaining Scalable Data Pipelines: Utilize GCP tools to create efficient data processing systems for both batch and real-time processing.
  • Constructing Large Datasets: Meet diverse business needs by developing complex datasets using various GCP services.
  • Translating Business Requirements: Convert business requirements into clear technical specifications.
  • Integrating Systems: Leverage GCP services such as Big Query, Cloud Dataflow (Apache Beam), Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, and Pub/Sub to build integrated systems.
  • Orchestrating Workflows: Use Cloud Composer (Apache Airflow) to manage complex workflows.
  • Data Security and Governance: Ensure data security and governance using IAM roles, policies, and data masking techniques.
  • Monitoring Pipelines: Proactively manage pipeline performance using logs and alerts.
Requirements
  • Deep Expertise: Proficiency in GCP Services: Big Query, Cloud Dataflow (Apache Beam), Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, Cloud Composer (Apache Airflow).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python and SQL, Experience with structured ERP solutions like SAP, Oracle EBS, and Salesforce, Strong understanding of different file formats (CSV, JSON, XML, Parquet, ORC, Avro), Knowledge of Data Lake concepts, Experience with API development and consumption (REST, SOAP).
  • Data Security & Governance: Proven ability to implement IAM best practices (least privilege, service accounts), Familiarity with data masking and anonymization techniques.
