Language Model Trainer

About this role:

This position involves working with our internal AI platform to train and improve large language models. We are looking for a professional with 3+ years of experience in a technical or analytical field and excellent written communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience in creating realistic scenarios and responses, breaking down complex tasks, and simulating dialogues that reflect user expectations and assistant limitations. Native or professional proficiency in French Language is required.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create realistic scenarios and responses
  • Break down complex tasks and simulate realistic dialogues
  • Craft responses based on tool-based APIs
  • Follow detailed guidelines and formatting standards with high consistency

Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years of overall professional experience in a technical or analytical field
  • Experience in any programming language or tech stack (APIs, data formats, logical thinking)
  • Strong general technical reasoning skills
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Native or professional proficiency in French Language
