Job Title: Senior Software Solutions Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Solutions Architect to join our team at Gravitas Technology Private Limited. As a Senior Software Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop technical expertise in existing products and solutions.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design effective solutions.
- Work in agile settings to plan and break down design/solution into manageable tasks/stories for the team.
- Develop new features or address issues with existing applications per business and market need.
- Build and maintain non-production and production environments (In cloud / on Prem).
- Adopt GitHub to build modular solutions to facilitate CI /CD.
- Ensure quality deliverables including performance and defect management.
- Debug existing software to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
- Perform peer code reviews and provide detailed feedback.
- Mentor developers and instruct them on company and industry best practices.
- Be a fast learner and apply technical expertise to fit the demands of a dynamic market and evolving technology.
- Create and maintain thorough technical and procedural documentation.

Requirements:

- 10 or more years of proven experience developing enterprise software, preferably transaction systems.
- Expert experience with .NET (C#) to develop large-scale software applications.
- Experience with GraphQL or Web API and similar technologies.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React, Apollo and Node Js.
- Experience with DevOps.
- Experience and understanding of Docker Containers, Helm and Kubernetes.
- Experience in developing and releasing software in the cloud (preferably AWS and Azure).
- Familiarity with micro-services architecture.
- SQL programming is a strong plus.
- Proven experience in translating requirements into working features.
- Proven experience debugging software code with complex business logic and applications.
- Experience in asset management and investment trading is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Communication and mentoring skills are essential.
- Good understanding of the software development SOLID principles.
