Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our Customer Experience and Solutions (CXS) team. As a key member of this team, you will play a vital role in developing innovative digital transformation solutions for our customers. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the next generation of Service Delivery Platforms within Cloud Application Lifecycle Management (CALM).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take end-to-end ownership of features from design and development through to deployment.
  • Execute with an enterprise cloud mindset to deliver on security, compliance, and infrastructure initiatives with engineering program management.
  • Participate in code reviews, sharing your experience and best-practice knowledge with colleagues.
  • Design solutions to complex problems and requirements in collaboration with others in a cross-functional team.
  • Owning your code from ideation to development through to quality assurance and support.
  • Use your Java coding skills and expertise in JDBC, Kafka, Web Services (REST, ODATA) to build features.
  • Focus on performance and scalability to build reliable enterprise applications.
  • Use your knowledge of lean development infrastructure processes including Git, Jenkins etc. and exposure to Continuous Delivery practices to build features.
  • Build large-scale applications deployed on public clouds like SAP BTP, AWS, AZURE, GCP, etc.
  • Develop analytical and reporting models and dashboards for our SaaS product with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or Similar tools, ensuring they meet the needs of large-scale enterprise customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech (full-time) from premier universities with good academic background.
  • 8-12 years of relevant experience with a solid foundation in computer science fundamentals, data structures, design patterns, and architecture principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities and innovative mind set.
  • Proven track record in design and development of large-scale distributed and highly concurrent applications using Java/JEE and related technologies.
  • Experience with any Front-end technologies SAPUI5/Fiori, React, Angular, or any UI framework.
  • Expertise with database programming, migrations scripts, Query tuning etc is an added advantage.
  • Expertise in Spring 3.0+, REST, OData, Kafka, ORM frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience in advanced analytics domain like Predictive Analytics or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or similar tools.
  • Expertise in Unit Testing and TDD/BDD methodologies.
  • Proficiency in OOAD, Design Patterns, and anti-patterns.
  • Proficiency in SaaS, multi-tenancy, and any public cloud offering.
  • Working knowledge of Microservices, Domain Driven Design, and DevOps is an added advantage.
  • Proficient with Agile Methodologies.
  • Proficient with security principles like OWASP.
  • Thorough understanding of HTTP protocol including cookies, session persistence.
  • Any prior AI experience is a plus.
