Supply Chain Finance Professional Job Description

We are seeking a skilled supply chain finance professional to support our client's SAP S4 Hana transition. The ideal candidate will have profound knowledge of SAP S4 Hana with hands-on experience in finance and supply chain modules (FI, MM, PP, SD).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Module Setup and Testing: Ensure seamless finance and supply chain module setup for manufacturing plants using SAP S4 Hana.
  • Transaction Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing, resolve issues, and document finance-related transactions and integrations with MM, PP, and SD modules.
  • Process Management: Validate and manage end-to-end finance processes such as product costing, BOM impact, SKU costing, accounts payable, provisions, and inventory accounting.
  • Logistics Cost Analysis: Monitor and analyze logistics costs (primary, secondary, and warehouse), prepare dashboards, and provide actionable insights on variance analysis.
  • Dashboards and Forecasting: Develop informative dashboards for production variance forecasting, support new product costing, business case evaluations, and raise early warnings on costing or BOM issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • SAP S4 Hana Expertise: Profound knowledge of SAP S4 Hana with hands-on experience in finance and supply chain modules (FI, MM, PP, SD).
  • Product Costing and BOM Analysis: Expertise in product costing, BOM analysis, SKU costing, and standard cost calculations.
  • Financial Accounting Processes: Proficiency in financial accounting processes including Accounts Payable, GRIR, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Inventory Accounting.
  • Variance Analysis and Dashboard Development: Skilled in variance analysis, forecasting, and dashboard development for logistics and production costs.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to conduct thorough testing, issue resolution, and process validation across integrated finance systems.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills to support business case development and process improvements.
