**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced animator to join our team as a Unity Animation Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 2D character animation, UI animation, and real-time particle effects. They will be responsible for developing high-quality visual assets and optimizing them for performance across a range of mobile devices.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor junior animators and VFX artists. They will also contribute to the development and refinement of internal Unity animation and VFX pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality 2D character animations, UI animations, and real-time particle effects utilizing Unity.
  • Collaborate with game designers, developers, and artists to integrate assets seamlessly into production.
  • Optimize visual assets for performance across a range of mobile devices.
  • Lead and mentor junior animators and VFX artists, promoting best practices in Unity workflows.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of internal Unity animation and VFX pipelines.
  • Maintain artistic consistency and technical accuracy across projects.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with Unity, Spine, Photoshop, After Effects is required, while experience with Illustrator and Git Hub is optional.
  • Prior experience with Unity workflows and asset optimization is crucial.
