Machine Learning EngineerHID is pioneering the hardware, software, and services that allow people to confidently navigate the physical and digital worlds. We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team.As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing machine learning pipelines and models, including LLM-based solutions. You will also translate prototypes and research into production-grade code and deployable components, develop and fine-tune foundation models and LLMs for specific use cases, and train and optimize numeric machine-learning models.You will apply prompt engineering and build agent-based architectures for complex task automation, integrate models into backend systems and support real-time/batch inference services, and work with guardrails and observability tools to ensure safe and robust use of generative AI.Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and implementing machine learning pipelines and models, including LLM-based solutions
  • Translating prototypes and research into production-grade code and deployable components
  • Developing and fine-tuning foundation models and LLMs for specific use cases
  • Training and optimizing numeric machine-learning models
  • Applying prompt engineering and building agent-based architectures for complex task automation
  • Integrating models into backend systems and supporting real-time/batch inference services
  • Working with guardrails and observability tools to ensure safe and robust use of generative AI
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • 3+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning models in production
  • Hands-on experience with LLM solution development and integration
  • Solid understanding of modern LLM tools and frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Autogen, Azure OpenAI Studio, Gemini Studio, and LangSmith
  • Proficiency with Python and ML libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or Hugging Face Transformers
  • Deep understanding of agent architectures, prompt engineering, and LLM guardrails
  • Experience with CI/CD practices, version control, testing, and model governance
  • Comfortable working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
