Sr. Python Developer Position

Job Description

Collance Technologies is seeking an experienced and skilled Python Developer with a strong background in cloud-based applications and scalable Python solutions.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure cloud-based web applications using Python frameworks.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions, including product managers, designers, and developers.

3. Implement and maintain RESTful APIs, ensuring efficient, reusable, and testable code following best practices and coding standards.

4. Ensure the application's performance, scalability, and security.

5. Debug and resolve issues and bugs reported by the quality assurance team or end-users.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Proficient in Python fundamentals, including memory management and concurrency limits.

2. Experienced in framework request-response cycles, design patterns, and SOLID principles.

3. Strong understanding of database management systems, specifically SQL.

4. Familiarity with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and common design patterns.

5. Experience with AWS components, such as S3, SQS, SNS, and CloudWatch, and ability to create and work with AWS components using boto3.

6. In-depth knowledge of Python frameworks, including FastAPI, Flask, Pandas, JSON, and Requests.

7. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

8. Excellent English communication and collaboration skills.

Must-Have Qualifications

1. Sound knowledge and practical experience of coding with OOP.

2. Exposure to AWS cloud components and CI/CD code deployment knowledge.

3. Familiarity with GIT or similar code versioning tools and best practices.
