As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, developing and operating common platform services, and ensuring the overall reliability and security of these services and environments.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement CI/CD pipelines into multiple public cloud and on-prem regions
  • Develop and operate common platform services that can be leveraged by our SaaS solutions
  • Ensure the overall reliability and security of these services and environments
  • Monitor and support platform and infrastructure services
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 6+ years of combined experience in Platform Engineering, Network Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or Security Engineering
  • Experience in on-prem environment
  • Experience with infrastructure and distributed systems, virtualization technology
  • Experience with one or more of the following strongly preferred: Layer 3/4 Networking design and management; Kubernetes cluster design and management
  • Familiarity with public safety systems is a plus
  • Solid coding and service development skills, with experience in at least one of the following toolsets or languages: Shell, Python
  • Ability to develop quality scalable, tested, and reliable applications using industry best practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving, growing, and agile environment
  • Strong level of curiosity and interest to learn
  • Excellent communications skills and the ability to present complex topics to non-technical audiences
  • Self-motivated and able to maintain focus in a pressured environment
