Responsibilities
• Develop and implement visual design strategies for various marketing materials, including social media graphics and web experiences
• Collaborate with the Creative Team to ensure design outputs meet brand consistency and industry standards
• Design and develop high-quality visual elements, such as graphics, icons, and typography
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment with business objectives
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and tools to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or Specialization in Interactive Design, Graphic Design, or a related discipline is highly preferred
• 5-7 years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing digital design
• Proficiency in front-end design/development, knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
• Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience working in Figma, After Effects, or Poppulo is a plus
• Highly independent and prolific
• Excellent eye for detail
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
• Advanced problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple milestones and projects efficiently
