About the Role

This is a senior-level position that requires a strong background in Pega development, architecture, and project management. You will work closely with business analysts, solution architects, and project managers to understand client requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop complex Pega solutions for clients
  • Lead and manage Pega projects, teams, and deliverables
  • Mentor and coach junior/senior Pega developers
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and standards
  • Work closely with stakeholders and portfolio leads to understand requirements and problem statements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • At least 10+ years of experience in Pega development, with at least 4+ years as a Lead System Architect
  • Certified Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA) is required
  • Strong knowledge of Pega platform, frameworks, and methodologies
  • Prior experience on Smart Dispute and Smart Investigate is a plus
  • Demonstrated experience on architecting complex solutions on Pega
  • Experience in integrating Pega with other systems and technologies
  • Experience in applying DevOps principles and practices for Pega applications
