About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an International Education Project Coordinator - Social Media Specialist. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years' experience in a similar role and possess excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
You will be responsible for providing administrative and logistical support to the team, including managing correspondence, maintaining databases, and preparing reports as needed. Additionally, you will assist in planning and executing events such as seminars, workshops, information sessions, external meetings, alumni events, and networking receptions.
Your expertise in social media content development and management will enable you to drive ENZ's social media engagement on local channels in India. You will work collaboratively with vendors to design and produce promotional materials that align with ENZ's brand guidelines, ensuring approval from the Brand Team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a content calendar to plan and schedule posts, ensuring timely and consistent delivery of information to the target audience.
- Coordinate with local social media platforms, including ENZ socials, NZHC socials, and other influential networks.
- Collaborate with vendors to design and produce promotional materials that align with ENZ's brand guidelines.
- Work with the India team, sector, and local PR agency to identify and promote content across various platforms, coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
- Support the creation of content for the quarterly newsletter and other promotional materials.
- Assist in planning and executing events such as seminars, workshops, information sessions, external meetings, alumni events, and networking receptions.
