Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Senior Backend Developer to join our team.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in backend development, with at least 5+ years in Golang.

  • Design and Develop High-Performance Services: The successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Golang.
  • Write Clean Code: They will write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
  • Architect Scalable Microservices: The candidate will architect scalable microservices and RESTful APIs.
  • Optimize Application Performance: They will optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
  • Work with Databases: The ideal candidate will work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and caching technologies (Redis, Memcached).
  • Collaborate with DevOps Teams: They will collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth CI/CD pipelines and deployments.
  • Troubleshoot Complex Issues: The candidate will troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex production issues.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 7+ Years of Backend Development Experience: A minimum of 7 years of experience in backend development, with at least 5+ years in Golang.
  • Strong Understanding of Concurrency: A strong understanding of concurrency, memory management, and performance tuning in Golang.
  • Hands-on Experience with Microservices: Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and API development.
  • Proficiency in Databases: Proficiency in databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra).
  • Experience with Cloud Platforms: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Familiarity with Messaging Queues: Familiarity with messaging queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS) is a plus.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and ability to lead technical discussions.
Bonus Qualifications

In addition to the above requirements, it's great if you have:

  • Experience with GraphQL: Experience with GraphQL or gRPC.
  • Knowledge of Event-Driven Systems: Knowledge of event-driven systems.
  • Familiarity with Monitoring Tools: Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
  • Prior Agile Experience: Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
