As a Sex Therapy Professional, you will play a crucial role in helping clients overcome challenges related to their sexual and psychological well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Discovery Calls & Client Engagement:
  • Conduct initial discovery calls with potential clients who are seeking help for psychological and sexual health issues.
  • Establish rapport and build trust during calls, guiding clients to understand the support they need.
  • Pitch appropriate treatment packages and treatment plans, demonstrating how they align with the client's goals.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits and outcomes of various treatment plans, addressing any concerns or questions.
  • Close sales and onboard clients into the treatment process.
• Therapeutic Support:
  • Offer brief therapeutic support and guidance during the initial call, ensuring clients feel heard and validated.
  • Offer insights and recommendations based on the client's needs, while always upholding confidentiality and ethical standards.
  • Provide referrals or resources for clients who are not immediately ready to proceed with treatment.
• Collaboration & Reporting:
  • Work closely with our team of therapists, ensuring a seamless transition from discovery calls to ongoing treatment plans.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and client progress, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client information.
  • Assist in continuously improving the discovery call process and treatment offerings by providing feedback on client interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Sex Therapy, or a related field.
• Certification or licensure in sex therapy or a related field (depending on location requirements).
• Prior experience in conducting sales calls, consultations, or intake assessments is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and address client needs empathetically.
• Excellent understanding of psychological, sexual health, and relationship issues.
• Ability to pitch and close sales in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
