About Spendflo's Americas Region
Spendflo's Americas region offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. As a Customer Experience Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and retention.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute tailored customer experience programs, incorporating Spendflo's platform capabilities and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and prioritize customer pain points, driving process improvements and increasing customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and product management.
- Analyze customer data and feedback to inform product development, marketing strategies, and customer support initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in customer experience.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as Technical Onboarding Manager, Customer Onboarding Manager, Solutions Architect, or Implementation Consultant.
- Proven track record of managing client implementations for enterprise clients, consulting with clients on business process improvements at senior levels, and developing advanced understanding of SaaS and cloud-based software environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
