Audit Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced audit professional to lead our team in Chennai, India.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in audit management and be able to manage large-scale assignments effectively.

  1. Lead and motivate a team of professionals to deliver high-quality work results.
  2. Assist with the career development of team members and collaborate with other managers to ensure proper deployment of audit staff.
  3. Establish and maintain good working relationships with clients, adapting to changing work environments at different locations.
  4. Manage and supervise the execution of external audit engagements for various clients, prioritizing multiple assignments and managing ambiguity efficiently.
  5. Aid in identifying business development opportunities and expanding the client base by growing current client portfolios.
  6. Understand Firm's Quality and Risk Management procedures and ensure their effective implementation.
  7. Be willing and able to travel as required.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in supporting international audit engagements in collaboration with global teams is essential.
  • Ability to work with shared service centers and complex multi-location business environments is necessary.
  • Strong coordination skills for working with international teams across time zones are vital.
