Oracle EPM Functional Consultant Position

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Functional Consultant to join our team. As an EPM consultant, you will be responsible for configuring and implementing Oracle EPM modules, including Planning, PBCS, and other related tools.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience as an end-user, power user, or administrator of leading Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools. They should also possess strong knowledge of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing financial data to guide strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement Oracle EPM modules
  • Provide functional expertise across Oracle Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and lead workshops
  • Drive testing, UAT, training, go-live, and post-production support
  • Ensure compliance with financial and accounting standards

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in EPM tools, such as PBCS, EPBCS, EPCMCS, Hyperion Planning, Essbase, Anaplan, Tagetik, OneStream, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAC
  • Strong understanding and hands-on knowledge of FP&A, Close and Reconciliation
  • 5+ years in Oracle Financials (Cloud/EBS)
  • Hands-on experience with reporting tools: Smart View, FRS, OTBI, BI Publisher
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
