Job Description

The DRP Planner is responsible for strategically managing and optimizing the flow of finished goods to ensure correct inventory levels are available at the right location and time while balancing inventory levels with backorders and minimizing slow-moving stocks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and execute short and medium-term supply optimization based on customer demand and communicate with the organization.
  • Evaluate and implement inventory stocking policies for trade goods down to SKU level, including safety stock levels and order quantities.
  • Monitor process orders On Time, In Full (OTIF) metrics to assess plan quality.
  • Manage IC-STO tracking and coordinate execution of supply plans with responsible ISC organizations.
  • Collaborate with ISC organizations to reflect key assumptions on anticipated production capabilities within forecasts.
  • Communicate blocked stock situations to ISC organizations.
  • Determine optimal inventory replenishment models balancing service, cost, and inventory using Arkieva Inventory Module.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels to avoid stockouts while minimizing excess inventory by analyzing demand patterns and collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Maintain accuracy and reliability of data related to inventory levels and lead times for informed decision-making.
