Job Title: SAP Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes related to core HR and possess excellent configuration skills for SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).

  • The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in implementing EC Core, Time Off & Timesheet, and will be able to conduct workshops independently to understand business requirements.
  • They will also be able to provide and validate whether the EC solution is compatible with the requirements given by the business team.
  • Able to lead a team for the EC implementation project and collaborate with them to achieve project goals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, self-directed, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
  • Basic knowledge in integration within the SF Modules like ONB, Recruitment, and LMS etc.
  • Having additional expertise in SAP HR module is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement EC Core, Time Off & Timesheet solutions
  • Configure EC solutions to meet business requirements
  • Lead and collaborate with teams to achieve project goals
  • Provide and validate EC solution compatibility
  • Develop and maintain strong problem-solving skills

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in implementing EC Core, Time Off & Timesheet
