Job Title: Senior UX Designer

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior UX Designer to join our team. As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our digital banking platforms. You will lead design initiatives, mentor junior designers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, user-centered designs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee the UX design process from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality design solutions.
  • Conduct and synthesize user research to inform design decisions and validate design solutions.
  • Develop and implement design strategies that align with business objectives and user needs.
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field from a reputable institution.
  • 5+ years of experience in UX design, preferably within the fintech or SaaS industry.
  • Expert proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to think critically and solve complex problems creatively.
