Key Role: Customer Liaison
About the Position:We are seeking an experienced professional to act as our primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure their satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:- Customer Interaction: Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring prompt responses and resolutions.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong, positive relationships with clients by providing regular updates and resolving issues efficiently.
- Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to resolve service-related concerns and ensure seamless operations.
- Support Services: Assist with account setup, documentation, order processing, and provide proactive communication to customers.
- Escalations: Manage escalations and ensure that customers receive timely support and resolution.
- New Client Onboarding: Assist in onboarding new clients and provide guidance on services offered.
- Documentation and Records: Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred in Business, Logistics, or related field).
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or logistics support.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
- Problem-solving ability with a customer-first mindset.
- Good knowledge of North American Trucking operations preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
