Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Content Writer to take on a key role in our marketing communications team.

This position plays a crucial part in shaping how we communicate complex technical concepts and digital solutions to diverse audiences.

  • Conduct thorough research on technical topics to ensure accuracy and relevance of the content, including product specifications, technical documents, and industry trends.
  • Write, edit, and proofread technical documents such as user manuals, white papers, product descriptions, how-to guides, and blog posts, ensuring clarity, concision, and tailoring to the intended audience.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to develop a content strategy that aligns with company goals and user needs, including content planning, topic selection, and scheduling.
  • Incorporate search engine optimization best practices in the content to enhance online visibility and reach, including keyword research, meta descriptions, and SEO-friendly headings.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure technical accuracy and consistency across all written materials, collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders to understand complex technical concepts and digital solutions.
  • Develop scripts for video content, including product demonstrations, tutorials, and promotional videos.
