**Talent Acquisition Internship Overview:**
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Human Resources team as a Talent Acquisition Intern. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition processes and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional patient care.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assisting in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
- Coordinating interview schedules and communicating with candidates regarding their application status.
- Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
- Supporting the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Providing administrative support to the HR team as needed.
**Requirements:**
- A strong interest in talent acquisition and human resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.
- Prior internship or work experience in HR or recruitment is a plus.
