We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project architect to manage our projects in Delhi. As a project architect, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial conceptualization to on-site execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop clear project diagrams using AutoCAD for effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Regularly follow up on projects, ensuring timely execution with attention to detail.
- Conduct frequent quality assurance checks to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Establish relationships with government departments and utilize professional connections for project facilitation.
- Prepare technical drawings and presentations for client interactions.
- Implement design concepts aligned with client requirements.
- Collaborate with construction professionals and project teams to achieve project goals.
- Demonstrate expertise in 3D software and design aptitude.
- B. Arch/M. Arch degree with a minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong liaising skills with professional contacts in government departments.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Newforma, etc.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards.
- Creative mindset with strong visualization skills.
- Proven experience managing and delivering projects independently.
