Biology Teacher

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Academic Faculty Member to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate students, guiding research projects, and contributing to the academic development of the institution.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in a relevant subject with minimum 55% marks, and NET/Ph.D. in the concerned discipline preferred. They should have 2-15 years of teaching/research experience in higher education, strong subject knowledge and practical expertise in the relevant discipline, effective communication and mentoring skills, and familiarity with laboratory management and modern teaching practices.

The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching B.Sc program courses, preparing and delivering lectures, tutorials, and laboratory sessions, designing lesson plans, study materials, and evaluation methods, supervising practicals, experiments, and laboratory work, guiding students in academic projects, dissertations, and research activities, assessing student performance through tests, assignments, and examinations, participating in curriculum planning, academic improvements, and departmental activities, mentoring and counseling students for academic and career growth, engaging in research, publications, and faculty development initiatives, and maintaining discipline and a conducive learning environment.
