Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of our cloud-based applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide L2 and L3 level support for production management services, including end-user support, systems monitoring, incident and problem management.
  • Monitor system performance metrics and conduct performance tuning to optimize resource utilization and improve application performance.
  • Configure monitoring and alerting systems to track the health, performance, and availability of Azure services and applications.
  • Implement proactive monitoring solutions using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Grafana or similar tools to detect and mitigate issues before they impact users.
  • Lead incident response efforts, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve critical incidents in a timely manner.
  • Improve reliability, quality, and time-to-market of our suite of software solutions.
  • Provide primary operational support and engineering for multiple large-scale distributed software applications.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues in both the Linux environment, Windows servers and SQL Server databases.
  • Partner with development teams to improve services through rigorous testing and release procedures.

Requirements

  • Candidate must have 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong proficiency in ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript, and ReactJS for application development and maintenance.
  • Strong skills in T-SQL, SQL Server architecture, database monitoring. Good to have MongoDB exposure.
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes etc.) and should be comfortable with cloud technologies.
  • Proficiency in querying, analyzing, and visualizing time series data using Grafana.
  • Candidate should have working experience of Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
