We are seeking a skilled technology strategist to oversee the smooth operation of our IT systems by managing networks, systems, and user support.
Key Responsibilities:- Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide end-user support for hardware, software, email, and network-related issues; diagnose and resolve faults.
- System & Network Management: Install, configure, and maintain desktops, peripherals, and IT infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).
- User Assistance: Support employees with system access, applications, and connectivity for seamless operations.
- Data Security & Maintenance: Ensure regular data backups, patch updates, and compliance with IT security protocols.
- Asset & Vendor Management: Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and coordinate with vendors for upgrades and services.
Skill requirements include proficiency in Windows/Linux systems, networking, and troubleshooting. Strong problem-solving, effective communication, and user support skills are also essential. Knowledge of data backup, patch management, and IT security protocols is required.
A plus would be an overview about VMware and Cyber Security.
