  1. Experience: 6-8 years of experience in Design is required. Previous experience working in an Advertising agency environment is essential.
  2. Technical Skills: Extremely proficient in Illustrator & Photoshop. Additional software skills are highly desirable.
  3. Communication: Good communication skills are necessary to effectively collaborate with team members.
  4. Portfolio: A well-curated work portfolio showcasing your design capabilities is a must.
  5. Teamwork: Be a team player – able to coach and be coached.
  6. Environment: Able to function in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Leadership: Experience in managing teams.
  8. Diversity: Should have experience working for a variety of brands/products or services across various industries.
  9. Presentation: A high level of comfort in presenting work both internally and to stakeholders with confidence.
  10. Project Management: Coordinating with account managers to discuss business objectives and requirements.
  11. Research: Developing design briefs by gathering information and data through research.
  12. Creativity: Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts.
