Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Community Development Specialist. This position will be responsible for implementing projects that align with our organizational goals, ensuring timely and quality delivery of project plans.

  • The successful candidate will work closely with our team to secure necessary support for project execution, foster community involvement, and maintain transparency in all project activities.
  • They will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders at various levels, increasing project visibility, and identifying opportunities to align stakeholder activities with project goals.
  • In addition, the ideal candidate will participate in advocacy efforts at district and state levels to drive impactful change.

Key Qualifications

  • A graduate degree in Social Work, Rural Development, or a related field is required.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in program implementation in the social sector.
  • Fluency in English and other local languages is essential.
