Educational Career Consultant
About the Role:
We are seeking highly motivated professionals to join our team as Educational Career Consultants. As a key member of our sales and student admissions team, you will play a pivotal role in guiding students towards building their careers in healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students to convert them into full-course admissions.
- Conduct structured counselling sessions to understand students' goals and suggest the right course.
- Explain program benefits, career outcomes, and scholarship opportunities clearly.
- Manage CRM tools (lead tracking, follow-ups, payments, EMI schedules) to achieve daily calling targets and monthly admission goals.
- Build trust by explaining career roadmaps and share reminders and follow-up messages on various platforms.
- Work closely with Team Leaders to improve conversion rates.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in EdTech, Sales, Counselling, or BPO.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong persuasion and objection-handling ability.
- Comfortable with daily call targets and revenue goals.
- Knowledge of CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and basic Excel.
- Passion for education and healthcare sector is a plus.
Performance Indicators:
Daily Calls: 200+
WhatsApp Follow-ups: 50+
Conversions: 10-15% of leads handled
EMI Collections: 100% adherence
