We are seeking an experienced Application Security Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the App Sec team, overseeing security reviews, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. As the primary point of contact between the Bank and the team, you will be responsible for monitoring daily operations, addressing any issues that arise during engagements, and performing comprehensive reviews of Network Architecture, Source Code, VAPT reports, and configuration audits.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have hands-on expertise in security assessments, process audits, and application reviews. A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is essential, as well as certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, or CRISC. You will also require 8-15 years of experience in Application Security, Network Security, and IT Risk & Compliance. Experience in BFSI is preferred.
