We're a pioneering integrated identity platform offering products and solutions for KYC, KYB, Background Verifications, Risk Assessment, and Digital Onboarding.

Our enterprise-grade technology combines with business understanding to deliver a seamless experience for users, employees, customers, and partners.

We work with clients like HDFC Bank, Induslnd Bank, Zomato, Amazon, PhonePe, Paytm, HUL, and others.

The ideal candidate has 12-16 years of experience in:

  • Strong System Design and Architecture Skills, Functional or OO Programming skills, Clean Coding (min. good understanding of basic SOLID principles). Expertise in common design patterns.
  • Backend: Two or more of Elixir, Java, Python, Golang, Node.js, Ruby and ready to work on any of the stacks listed here after upskilling.
  • Database: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB or any RDBMS. Must have strong SQL and performance tuning skills. Should know database design.
  • Cloud, DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Product Development Methodologies such as Agile.
  • Strong design skills in defining API Data Contracts / OOAD / Microservices / Data Models and Concurrency concepts.
  • User Interface development using modern Web Frameworks such as React.

  • A solution-oriented, problem-solving mindset.
  • Leadership Skills & Some experience with client interactions.
  • Excellent Communication Skills, Opinions & the confidence to express yourself.

Your day would involve leading a team, designing and coding reviews, creating design artifacts, building cloud-native applications, developing software, and conducting root cause analysis.
