We are seeking an exceptional Technology Controls Manager to make a meaningful impact in safeguarding the financial services our customers rely on.

About the Role
  • Identify risks presented by technology and provide expert guidance to teams to capitalize on opportunities.
  • Exercise sound judgment to assess the potential impact of technology risks and their risk position, ensuring proactive and pre-emptive risk management.
  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and deliver comprehensive remedial action plans for risks outside our risk appetite.
  • Champion a culture of effective and efficient risk management, empowering people to unlock value, embrace new technologies, and navigate risk with confidence.
Requirements
  • Proven expertise in risk management methodologies and experience managing regulatory and operational risks in a technology environment.
  • Deep understanding of control and process design methods, IT service management processes, and benchmarking inherent resilience of technology architecture.
  • Experience assessing and managing efficacy of processes and controls, along with strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
