Job Title: Visualisation Specialist

At our organisation, we are seeking a skilled visualisation specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for creating stunning photorealistic renderings and visualisations for interior design and architecture projects.

The successful candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating their ability to produce high-quality 3D models, renderings, and visualisations. They should also possess expertise in software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, and proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and After Effects.

  • Experience with post-production and image editing techniques is essential. Knowledge of lighting principles, composition, and colour theory is also required.

This role involves collaborating with designers and architects to understand project requirements and design intent. The ideal candidate will be able to develop photorealistic interior and exterior visualisations from architectural drawings and design concepts.

Responsibilities:
  • Create high-quality 3D models, renderings, and visualisations for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
  • Develop photorealistic interior and exterior visualisations from architectural drawings and design concepts.
  • Collaborate with designers and architects to understand project requirements and design intent.
  • Produce walkthrough animations, 360° panoramas, and virtual reality experiences.
  • Ensure accurate lighting, materials, textures, and atmospheric effects in all renderings.
  • Meet project deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest 3D software, rendering techniques, and industry trends.
