In this role, you will:

  • Design and optimize scalable backend systems to ensure seamless performance and reliability
  • Write efficient, testable code that aligns with industry best practices and company standards
  • Manage project priorities and deliverables with technical expertise
  • Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to drive user-facing products forward
  • Mentor teammates and set high technical standards

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science or related fields
  • 4+ years of experience working as a backend developer
  • Proficient in Python
  • Hands-on experience with Django, Fast API, or similar frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with GenAI stack
  • Strong knowledge of database systems
  • Experience working with cloud platforms like Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure
  • Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes
  • Proficiency in scalability and performance optimization
  • Strong coding, logical, and problem-solving abilities
